All prices exclude VAT. Every account has at least one Full seat, and the first one is the administrator.
A company of 10 — 2 Full, 5 Focus and 3 Contributor seats — pays €370 a month, which is €37 a head. Its clients, partners and mentors join as Viewers, free.

Viewers see only what is shared with them.
Free accounts for people who read rather than work in Opelli — a client reading a brief, a mentor following a roadmap, a colleague who only needs to look.

Frequently asked questions.
Can we try Opelli before we commit?
Yes — that is what the 30-day money-back guarantee is for. Within 30 days of your first purchase, write to us and we refund everything you paid, even for an annual plan. Viewers are always free; Full, Focus and Contributor seats are paid from the first one. The guarantee applies once per organization, and we will ask what did not fit, because that is how the product gets better.
Which seat does each person need?
Ask what they do in Opelli. Whoever sets things up or works across the whole company takes Full. Whoever does their daily work in the shared core and a few modules takes Focus. Whoever works on a project's tasks and wiki takes Contributor. Whoever only reads what you share is a Viewer. Seat names are deliberately not role names: the role says what a person may do, the seat is the ceiling over it.
Who can be an administrator?
Only a Full seat. Every account has at least one, and the first one is the administrator; they can make another Full seat an administrator too. Setting Opelli up — automations, roles and access, API keys and webhooks, billing, module and project settings, and which three modules a Focus seat adds — is for Full seats. Everyone keeps their own profile, notifications, timer and calendars.
Do the agents cost extra?
Connecting one costs nothing — an agent is never a seat, and your own assistant over MCP runs on your own model subscription. The AI features Opelli runs for you are part of every paid seat, for ordinary working use. We watch the usage; if yours runs well past that, we contact you before anything changes and offer more. What a seat includes may be adjusted later; we tell you in advance, as the Terms require.
We already have an account. What changes for us?
Nothing. An account opened before this price list keeps the terms it was opened on.
Can we move our data out?
Export your wiki in Markdown and access the rest of your data through the API at any time.
Who do we sign with?
The operating company is Opelli s.r.o. The Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy are the current ones, and a Data Processing Agreement comes with a paid account.
